你的工作将由如下几个部分构成：
1、多个行业团队管理，招聘项目管理：负责多个客户的招聘项目管理；
2、顾问团队招聘和管理：负责下属团队的选拔、招聘、培养，以及日常工作的安排；
3、客户开发：负责你所在领域的客户开发相关工作；
4、其他事项：公司内部其他方面的职责，如培训等。
