JOB PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for

• Manage Sanofi digital external ecosystem
• Bring in internally the external world to shape Sanofi culture
• Support DAC Activities that Increases Sanofi China’s Digital Quotient

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:

Under Digital Acceleration Center Department, Pharmaceutical Operations. Direct report to External innovation Lead

SUPERVISED RESOURCES:

No direct report.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage Sanofi digital external ecosystem
  • Manages partnerships, and strengthens collaboration with key internet players (Ali, Tencent, PingAn etc.)
  • Support building Sanofi external ecosystem –big companies, academy, incubators, start-ups
  • Monitor market changes and new technology trends
  • Actively reaching out to external ecosystems
• Bring in internally the external world to shape Sanofi culture
  • Promote innovation culture and creative thinking through various vehicles (communications, events, trainings…)
  • Encourage digital disruption and quick adoption of innovative solutions, technologies and ideas
  • Engage External Ecosystem to bring the knowhow and ideas to share with stakeholders of all levels internally
  • Ensure that key learnings from all external innovation projects are well communicated within the business

• Ensure Successful Delivery of Batch Process
  • Ensure all project materials/documentation is managed and delivery along the innovation journey,
  • Keeping statuses of all ongoing projects up to date across all tracking platforms
  • Organize and lead weekly meetings between startups and project teams as needed during the before/during/after the POC process

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

Master degree or above. MBA from renowned institution preferred.

Experience & knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multinational Pharma companies,
• Rich experience managing transverse projects, and with multiple third-party service providers,
• Experience in start-ups, innovation accelerators, etc. is a plus.
