岗位职责：

1.能独立完成变速箱装配线的设计及研发工作，包括工艺流程编制、设备选型规划、方案设计、详细设计、零部件设计及现场指导安装；

2.负责前期与客户方面的技术交流对接

3.负责变速箱装配线机械设计团队的搭建，包括设计规范制定、新人培养等；

4.负责在生产过程中出现问题时的解决。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，带领团队完成过两个以上传统变速箱（DCT或AT）或者混动变速箱装配线项目的机械设计工作;

2. 熟练使用solidworks、UG、Pro-E三维软件中的1种;

3. 熟悉变速箱产品，变速箱工作原理及加工装配流程;

4. 工作积极主动、责任心强，具备良好的技术分析能力、沟通协调能力和组织协调能力，愿意出差。
