Role purpose
Participate in various HSEQ training and take production activities according to HSE regulations and requirement,
Take part in various trainings organized by department in order to develop self technology level
Be responsibility of sitting and DCS operating according to procedure or operation indication from line manager, ensure various production process parameters are controlled within the range of technology document regulations.
Make sure the position shift handover and information shared.
Be responsibility of timely diagnosing and dealing with various problems occurred in production and site operation and report to relative personnel as per report procedure .


Accountabilities
Fill in various records seriously and truly in time.
Complete various work according to working schedule involving of taking sample and inspecting site in time
Clean out equipment according SOP or PTW, and cooperate with other department to maintain the equipment
Actively attend in various activities involving site quarterly communication, HSE family day etc.
Report the unsafely and fill STOP card.
Comply various company's rules and policy, and learn various new rules and policy
Actively attend in PQT LEAN PROGRAM and develop self.
Respond emergency according procedure and orders, and reduce loss
Follow procedure and standards
Take active in learning and finding problem during work, and seek solutions, propose involve ideas
Report and share information within team
Support each other as required
Take part in shift, department and site activities actively
implement tasks timely and ensure the quality


Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge:
Understand the standard and hazard in plant
Be good at coordinating and establishing necessary human relations net
Graduated from technical secondary school in engineering, chemistry or related discipline
Understand the process and operation quickly via training and learning.


Critical experience:
Over 3 years of working in chemical plant(s).
Have good team working consciousness
Know various equipments and apparatus which are used in chemical plant.


Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities
The ability to find problem of equipment via inspecting site
The ability to have basic chemical knowledge
The ability to receive knowledge and information from line manager or other way
