Role purpose
Assist reliability engineer to set up site reliability system and deliver the maximum preventative maintenance system availability. Provide effective technical support (SAP) to the highest maintenance efficiency. Assist each function to implement maintenance management system setting up, operation and improvement. Implement company HSE policy and standards.


Accountabilities
Assist reliability engineer to maintain and optimize site preventative maintenance system, ensuring PM system to run smoothly and fully.
Assist reliability engineer to set up reliability system in site.
Responsible for maintaining SAP system in engineering function. Provide SPA PM module technical supporting for each function.
Responsible for training and instructing the SAP user, ensuring the SAP system was operated correctly and record was accurate.
Responsible for collecting maintenance data from SAP system as need, running site maintenance monthly report on time
Responsible for managing and training external service contractor in engineering team, ensuring their operation and behaviour to be in compliance with the requirements of company HSE and national standards.

Knowledge, experience & capabilities
Critical knowledge
Bachelor's degree in chemical mechanism or related discipline (including instrument or electrical).
Knowledge of planed maintenance management and preventative maintenance conception
knowledge of SAP PM module implementation
Knowledge and understanding of HSE policy and regulations.


Critical experienc
3~4 years of experience in preventative maintenance system management in a chemical plant
1 year of experience of SAP system operation
