职位描述
1、负责甲级写字楼/办公楼的运营管理；
2、制定项目年度物业管理方案，管理日常物业的服务品质、操作管理流程及财务运行情况；
3、负责监督项目设施设备的验收及维修；
4、对下属员工进行日常监督管理，保持良好沟通，以提高工作质量；
5、负责协调和管理环境、绿化、保安等相关工作；
6、负责处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
7、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件。
职位要求：
1、45岁以下，3年以上物业管理工作经验；
2、对物业安防管理工作具有丰富的管理实操经验；
3、了解国家房地产及物业相关法规；
4、具有责任心，工作细致，良好的沟通能力及团队建设；
5、具有外包商管理能力；
6、丰富的物业相关政府职能部门沟通协调能力；
7、有商场物业管理经验者优先。
