Job Purpose* 

The role works on logistics operation performance reporting package, as well as supporting the regional finance manager on other management reporting and also annual budgeting/quarterly forecasting.

Roles & Responsibilities*   

• Logistics operation performance package preparation, including pre-closing and after closing check and package preparation.

• Help on profit sharing view report checking, after receiving from CMAR.

• Support on annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting as Corporation’s guideline. Coordination with country finance, commercial, HR and other related functions, to complete the budgeting/forecasting.

• Prepare sales performance report to meet Commercial team requirement.

• Prepare weekly North Asia AR reports, and follow up overdue balances with countries.

• Coordinate regional internal control effort when necessary.

• Ad hoc requirement that required by the manager.

 

Qualification*  

Education: BA in Accounting / Finance.

Requirements*  

• Experiences: 4-8 years working experience in Finance and Accounting or Business Analysis; experience with tax & internal control will be a plus. 
• Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.  
• Excellent skill in MS Office, especially for Excel; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Familiar with SAP ECC is preferred. 
• Self-disciplined and motivated team member with great passion to be success in career.
