Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience, preferably with 3 years in a business consulting firm taking a leading role in project delivery.

Strong business acumen, with rich experience in one or more of the following disciplines:

• Financial transformation consulting for large enterprise , such as finance strategy, finance organization and business dataflow design, etc;
• Budget and management reporting consulting and system implementation for large enterprise;
• Financial analysis and forecasting modeling design and implementation on different business area;
• KPI system design during budget or management report project;
• The other digital finance and data analysis solutions;
• Experience in the operations, implementation or as a “super-user” of ERP/EPM/BI systems is a plus;
• Experience working in Big-4 firms or other global consulting firm is a plus;
• Demonstrated trusted advisor with in-depth understanding of the industry and market;
• Demonstrated key subject matter expert with the ability to develop thought leadership and deliver solutions for clients;
• Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships;
• Proven capabilities in delivering business transformation projects and programs;
• Ability to direct high-performing teams across the organization through strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Willing to travel within region for projects.
