      Job Summary:

• Following global NPD (New Product Development) process to develop compressors, including concept design, mechanical design, simulation related, design release and verification;

• Following global VAVE process to operate related projects.

• Providing technical support to cross-functional teams, such as factories, sales, marketing, as well as customers.

   

  Responsibilities:

• Main job contents including design feasibility analysis, product design, sample unit building, design release.

• Communicate with global SME team to discuss and confirm design.

• Work with suppliers on technical communication; explain requirements, codes and standards.

• Analyze quality issue, address root cause and provide reasonable solutions.

• Support cross-functional teams from technical side during developing phase.

• Support sales/marketing/service/operation teams to prepare related materials and documentation.

• Support global factories to implement new design and validate product on the spots, support plants activities from engineering side till marketing launch.

   

  Qualifications:

• At least 4 years working experience in machining parts design, prefer compressor design.

• Familiar with properties, manufacturing process and applications of metal material.

• Be able to do tolerance analysis, FEA.

• Bachelor degree or above. mechanical related subject is preferred.

• With high sense of responsibility and active work attitude, strong attention to detail, can work under pressure.

• Good logical thinking and self-management.

• Good at listening, speaking, writing and reading in English.

• Be familiar with Creo.

• Be familiar with related standards and codes.
