销售工程师
Sales Engineer欧美化工公司,为机械、金属加工行业提供特种润滑油、添加剂服务,职位发展广阔

Basic Purpose 主要工作目标

·在销售区域内或根据产品线推广和销售公司的产品和服务，实现销售目标。
Responsible for selling products and service by working with current sales region or by product line, to realize the sales target.


Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责

·与高级区域销售代表或销售经理一起工作，在指定区域内寻求和发展新的潜在客户和项目，以达成销售产品、增加市场份额的目标；
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned region to realize the increase target.
·维护加强与现有客户业务合作，经常保持联系和拜访，提供良好服务；
Strengthening cooperation with existing customers through regular contact and visits, good service.
·按照公司要求，加强所属客户的信贷管控，减少和控制应收帐款；
In accordance with the requirements of the company, to reduce and control of accounts receivable.
·进行市场分析和调研，提供产品使用信息、客户需求信息和行业竞争信息；
Marketing analysis and survey in the region, Feedback related information such as customer requirements, competition situation, industry development, etc.
·根据公司要求，提交每周销售活动和客户拜访报告，并给予相关工作配合；
Prepare and submit weekly sales activity report and customer visiting report. Provide cooperation with others.
·根据每年公司、部门制定的KPI及绩效目标为导向，完成各项工作；
Finish all tasks in line with KPI & performance objectives of the company and the department.

Position Requirements 岗位需求

Education 教育背景:

·大学本科及以上学历，金属加工材料等相关专业
University graduate or above, major in Chemistry, Mechanic, metallurgy and other related

Working Experience 工作经验:

·两年以上销售或技术服务经验，有化工行业或与公司产品应用相关行业工
作经验。
More than two year experience in sales or technical services, or the chemical industry and related products industry experience.
·熟悉公司及所负责区域的销售市场
Familiar with the regional sales market.
·具有良好的沟通技巧
Good communication skills.
