1、负责记录监视写字楼/商场所有区域安全情况，发现问题及时作出应急处理；

2、熟练掌握本岗位安全操作规程并严格遵守；

3、负责中控室办公设备的清洁保养；

4、服从领导安排,包括班次调动,专业调整,完成上级交代的其他临时工作。

职位要求：

1、持《建（构）筑物消防员国家职业资格证书》五级；

2、具有1年及以上写字楼/商场/小区物业相关工作经验的；

3、具有一定能抗压能力及吃苦耐劳精神;

4、良好的团队合作精神。
