As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for the buying strategy, seasonal buy, product replenishment, performance analysis and other product-related activities for Z Zegna product line across Greater China Region (GCR). In this role, you will report to Associate Merchandising Director.

In this role you will:

Work on and define the buying strategy for the Z Zegna line, in addition to the localization strategy for specific cities. You will also support the overall business strategy by providing Collection analysis in addition to analysis of relevant competitors. You will work closely with HQ Line Builders on Collection feedback and potential development based on the dynamic of the market and provide reports and analysis accordingly.

You will have considerable opportunities for local cross-team collaboration, working with Retail teams to understand the business needs for budget allocation as part of pre-season activities, and track the in-season product performance by providing analysis reports and support where needed. You will work with Planning team on stock replenishment and inventory management, and monitor the shipment status for further delivery schedules. You will cooperate with Marketing on product selection related to promotions and related marketing activities, as well as Visual Merchandising on product drives based on monthly focus. You will also be involved in products and trends training for the Retail team in conjunction with the local Training Managers.

This role will have oversea business travel for Seasonal Buy’s and follow up with domestic travel for In-Store training delivery.

3-5 years experiences in a Merchandiser Role
