Responsibilities：

    

·       Learns the translation lead role in pharmaceutical industry and business.

    

·       Learns and works in a team environment and matrix.

    

·       Learns and applies internal WI, guidelines and regulatory.

    

·       Learns and uses with increasing skill, internal systems, tools, and processes.

    

·       Able to manage simple translation project including translation and project coordination.

    

·       Able to support package translation project under close supervision (is closely trained/coached by a senior-level TL).

    

·       Performs routine tasks per established procedures.

    

·       Lead simple translation project under close supervision including translation analysis, translation plan, translation resources arrangement, translation, translation quality control, timeline control, vendor management in project level, archiving or archiving management of translated documents & Translation Memory, and post-project summary in terms of project execution and quality of deliverables.

    

·       Support package translation project under close supervision on CTA/NDA/BLA/New indication submission.

    

·       Attends cross-functional meetings with other Translation Lead as appropriate.

    

·       Works in a team environment with some guidance provided. Takes a somewhat active role (under close supervision) on assigned projects with respect to quality, timing, scheduling, and tracking.

    

    

Requirements：

    

·       A university/college degree is required. An advanced degree (eg, Masters, PhD, MD) is preferred.

    

·       Experiences in translation industry or relevant pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

    

·        Solid oral and written communication skills.

    

·       Attention to detail.

    

·       Ability to function in a team environment.

    

·       Organizes time well.

    

·       Demonstrates learning agility.

    

·       Builds solid and productive relationships within team members internally and cross-functional.
