   4.  Contact with the client in order to obtain and / or supplement information necessary to prepare the project design.

  5.  Analyzing information about the project in order to prepare the best solution.

  6.  Building and maintaining relationships with entrusted clients in order to efficiently implement the design process.

  7. Share technical information with sales team regulary.

 8.  Support sales to provide product, technical and installation training to customers, support sales by giving product

      and technical introduction in seminar or workshop.

 9.  Summarize customer’s feedback and frequently asked questions, work with Product Manager to improve product 

      and improve training PPT.

10. To learn and maintain local, expert level of design knowledge regarding piping design, water and sewage in the  

      region, including regulations and installation rules。

1. 学习和更新当地的关于管道设计、水和废水相关的设计知识，包括法规和安装规则等；

2. Taking part in marketing and sales activities aimed at utilizing Wavin BIM Revit proposition。

   参与利用Wavin BIM Revit提案的市场和销售活动；

3. Piping designing and re-designing especially in BIM Revit using Wavin Revit libraries QuickStream project support and designing both in AutoCAD and Revit, also using dedicated Wavin tools.

       使用Wavin Revit软件进行管道设计和重新设计特别是在BIM Revit中能使用AutoCAD和Revit 软件进行QuickStream项目支持

       和设计；也能使用Wavin的专用设计工具；

    知识和经验要求： 

 1. Above 2 years of relevant experience, with on-site experience being an asset

     2年以上相关工作经验，有现场工作经验者优先;

  2. University degree or above of engineering, preferably Major in Water Supply and Drainage, Architectural  

     Environment & Equipment Engineering or equivalent.

    大学本科或以上学历，给排水、建筑环境与设备工程或相关专业优先;

 3. Ability to work in a very precise way.

     能够以非常精确的方式工作；

 4.  Analytical skills.

     较强的分析能力；

5.  Ability to create a culture focused on the results and quality of the team.

     注重工作结果与质量；

6.   Good team work, personalities who are service and solution oriented.

     良好的团队合作精神、服务意识与解决问题的能力；

7.  Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese.

     良好的沟通能力、表达能力；

8.  Familiar with AutoCAD or/and Revit, Microsoft office software.

    熟练使用AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft office 软件；

9.  Business Traveling Requirement.

    能适应出差工作；

10. Fluent English.

      英语听、说、读、写方面非常流利；

11. Roof drainage, sewage, water supply knowledge preferred.
