Accountabilities：

1. Prepare tax returns such as VAT ,local levy, corporate income tax (CIT), stamp duty, withholding tax.

2. Work with accounting team, for input/output VAT verification/reconciliation.

3. Prepare routine book-to-tax reconciliation (including export tax refund) and monitor differences for China entities.

4. Assist in tax inspection and CIT annual filing.

5. The computation of local tax accruals and deferred tax assets and liabilities

6. Cross review annual CIT report and assist in preparing local TP documentation

7. Provide full technical supports on the business operations according to the specific business models and operating situation, e.g. whole tax supports for the new company setup, planning and application of government subsidiary and tax preferences etc.

8. Review and give tax advice for all cross border projects.

9. Prepare statistics reports.

10. Other ad hoc projects as required.

6. Good command in both spoken and written English.

Expected years of experience

1. 2-3years' tax experience with good accounting knowledge

2. Experience in finance/tax firm is preferred

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or above in Finance or tax.
