Your tasks and responsibilities:
RUN:
？ Support for RUN the business in the area of IT infrastructure
？ Incidents (Act as Level 3 technical resource)
？ Service Requests
？ Support for CHANGE the business in the area of IT infrastructure
？ Change Requests
？ Project Execution (IN Technical Expert in projects)
？ Evaluate our own performance KPIs on a regular basis and drive the continual improvement.
？ Engage with the business stakeholders, key users and end users and keep the trusted partnership. (Communication in Japanese highly preferable)
？ Collaborate with the service providers and partners (local, regional and global) for both RUN and CHANGE. (Communication in Japanese highly preferable)

Your qualifications and experience:
Mandatory skills:
Operational and advanced troubleshooting skills in following area
？ Windows Server / Active Directory
？ Exchange Server (Mailbox, Distribution List)
？ Microsoft Azure Virtual machine
？ Cisco based IP network
？ Driving the global team to reach resolution
？ Business level English
NOTE: Advanced troubleshooting: Windows Log diagnosis, Dump file, Network trace analysis

Highly preferable skills:
？ Business level Japanese (Vendor communication, Customer communication, Message in Japanese)

Preferable skills:
？ SAML, Get Access configuration
？ Cloud IP telephony
？ Basics of Microsoft middleware SQL servers, IIS
