【What You Will Do:】

?In charge of Healthcare Greater China technical support team management

?Develop and execute technical strategies for effective regional support

?Set up technical support process standards and system to support business development

?Maintain customer satisfaction at high levels when compared competitively

?Perform troubleshooting and repairs for complex technical issues

?Provide technical training for technicians in distributors to improve their technical skills

?Collect and analyses technical support data and proactively approach Global/Europe for complex technical issues

?Manage technical support team which including recruiting, developing and coaching team members to enhance service level

?Be responsible for consumable spare parts and related chemicals sales for installed instrument

?Create a constructive and cooperative working relationship with other functions such as sales, marketing, customer services etc.

?Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical or equivalent

?8+ years professional experience in healthcare medical device industry and 3+ years’ experience in a management role

?Experience in leading healthcare service organizations and providing technical support to hospital customers

?Superior influencing and leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good relationship building skills

?Passionate, Independent, self-motivated and has good strategic mindset

?Good command of English in both spoken and written and MS office software application

?50% Travelling domestically
