Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated writer to plan, design, create and publish our contents on multiple digital and social channels, to elevate the visibility and creditability as a professional service brand in the market. Locates in Mainland China.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, compelling and customer-focused contents including ad copy, social media copy, website, video scripts, eDM, press release, brochures and other marketing materials where applicable to communicate our brand and service offering
• Collaborate with internal key stakeholders and subject matter experts from various line of services to co-create engaging and insightful contents
• Transform complex technical contents into clear, engaging and visually appealing style
• Work with editors and internal key stakeholders to collect feedback and revise the contents
• Understand our brand value and unique selling point of various line of services to target audiences in different segments
• Research hot topics, brand sentiments, social trends, and suggest how to leverage such insights
• Identify content gaps and provide recommendation to ensure our contents meet customers’ needs
• Work closely with editor to contribute to content strategy and guideline
• Work closely with creative team to ensure all contents have appropriate, relevant and eye-catching visuals for best in class reading experience
• Work with editor to organize writing schedules and meet deadline
• Support digital content production including proofreading, content editing, copywriting, uploading, sourcing images and publishing
• Optimize website copy and landing pages to drive organic traffic and boost organic search visibility using SEO best practices
• Keep abreast with new trends in digital and social media

Reporting Line

Digital Content Lead, Mainland China and Hong Kong

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong communications skill and multi-task handling skill in a dynamic working environment
• Experience on managing and work with agencies will be a plus
• Understand marketing objectives and demonstrate an ability to deliver the message through the persuasive power of words
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese
• Good command of written and spoken English preferred
• Good grasp and understanding of SEO and social media best practices will be a plus
• Adapt your writing style according to established tone and style requirements
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position in the Digital Content team
• Samples of your past work reference should be submitted along with your application
