主要职责：

1-安排线控员日常工作及排班；

2-协助主管对线控员实施培训；

3-指导和督促线控员检验工作，及时纠正违规操作；

4-与相关部门沟通，适时地采取纠正措施并跟进措施实施结果；

5-及时提供或传达新产品检验要求或新的信息并跟进执行结果；

6-检查线上报表，整理相关数据，及时汇报异常情况；

7-协助主管制定和验证在线检验规范、产品标准和作业指导；

8-主管不在时，履行主管工作职责。

任职要求：

1-3年以上质量控制相关工作经验，3年以上食品或医药等相关行业工作经验优先考虑；

2-优秀的团队合作经验，较强的沟通能力，责任心强，耐心细致；

3-独立的问题分析、判断、解决能力；

4-熟悉食品安全和相关ISO体系工作；

5-英文熟练，可作为工作语言；

6-应届硕士生亦可考虑。
