The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Accounting to...
· Cash collection and AR application from relevant Landlord, including Credit control
· Ensure the timeliness of collection through the communication with related stakeholders
· Reconciliation on the unidentified variance against AR balance
· Monthly closing activities in Retail accounting area, such as Sales / Lease accounting
· Some administrative tasks such as printing out the journal vouchers and relevant landlord statements, etc
· Store Inventory management, Coordination on stock take in warehouse and stores
· Support the inquiries on store operation from Retail field and store end
The accomplished individual will possess...
· 2-year working experience or more in Accounting/Finance
· Knowledge of accounting principles (Basic Bookkeeping experiences)
· Experience in SAP/Local ERP system
· Business level of English
· Excel Skills (pivot, vlookup)
