Summary

Ensure implementation of the Greater China Strategic Business Plan of ISB.  Provide business competency to drive order growth.

Key Responsibilities:

DO 

？            Implement the global/ country growth initiatives or programs in the region to generate new sales opportunities 

？            Lead presales activities ( PABR / customer seminar/ proposal / bidding /order entry etc.)

？            Review the forecast and front log, and define the growth / recovery activities to meet sales targets

？            Ensure sufficient resources and support for find, close opportunities in the region

？            Equip sales team with right sales tool and sales competencies.

？            Make joint sales calls with Account Managers for strategic account/ opportunities.

？            Research and provide the necessary product/solution requirements to develop new applications. 

？            Provide competitive market intelligence to the business unit.

？            Manage team performance to develop team capability and motivate the team.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE:

？            Bachelor’s degree in MIS/Computer/Engineering related is requested. 

？            MES technical background and project experiences are must. 

              At least 5 year’s technical/consulting experience.
