Position Overview 

We are hiring Software service (SWS) inside sales with and a minimum of 2+ years’ inside sales experience, who will also be responsible for part of the sales operation daily work.

 

Responsibilities

·         Making daily outbound customer and prospect calls to understand customer requirements in order to recommend and effectively help EPLAN existing customer to renewal (SWS) EPLAN licenses

·         Develop and manage SWS sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline

·         Sales operation work, as updating and inputting data to CRM system, documentation and file management

·         Other admin support to inside sales manger

Minimum Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or 2 years College Diploma. Experience on selling software service is a plus

·         2 Years+ of corporate work experience, with software sales experience a plus

·         Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills

·         Teamwork and accountability

·         Good MS software skills to handle sales operation work
