General Purpose:

Allocates merchandise to stores according to inventory levels, sales history, and other key factors.

Key Responsibilities:

Products:

- Store inventory management to ensure each store supply and demand match

- Manage Rebuy products by loading in, replenishment to ensure reasonable depth in each door

- Manage closeout products by store inventory level Open to Ship calculation and trading off among seasonal change factor, presentation, category mix, gender mix, MD mix, color mix etc.

- Own and monitor product sold and price change on/out the shelves, secure all products sold align with product price requirements

Analysis:

- Build and study store’s sales history and assess the influence factors of consumer needs

- Lead and drive shipment and inventory forecast to improve inventory velocity

- Qualification of support on ad-hoc questions and tasks

Key Capabilities:

- Strong business acumen, understands key business drivers and ways to maximize business opportunities via allocation

- Ability to comprehend and solve complex problems

- Works independently, ability to work with ambiguity, proactive, self-starter

- High awareness of cautious and careful at works

- Strong team work and influence skills

Minimum Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above

- At least 2~3 years related retail/ allocation working experience

- Can communicate in english
