Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is to
? Internal adidas project management to deliver Key Projects (Brand Center, Flagship, SWC, etc.)
? Develop and implement best practices for adidas internal project management for key projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Objectives
? Act as key contact point between adidas and project management consultants.
? Ensure adidas member’s expectations are clear with project processes and provide input & feedback in a timely manner.
? Keep adidas steering group up to date on project status & key issues.
? Develop internal decision-making matrix & approval processes.

Develop project management best practice
? Value Engineer current store opening processes for key stores (Sport wear collective store)
? Develop best practice solutions for project management of key project.
? Train store development HQ team with project management skills.
? Partner with internal functional teams to develop the New Store Project Plan.
? Prepare detailed written reports that estimate costs, outline methods by which the estimations were made, using agreed appraisal standards.
? Responsible for the progress of key projects from site approval until the store’s opening.
? Coordinate between all functional teams involved in the store opening.
? Identify & prioritize risks and work with our team to develop mitigation plans.
? Track the project’s progress by managing schedules and budgets.
? Track the quality of deliverables.
? Timely follow-up with the management teams on all issues related to new store development.
? Ensure high quality of project documentation.
? Provide periodic and detailed status reports to the steering committee.

? Internal: SMT, design, purchasing, retail operation, regional RE, IT, security, legal, asset and lease
? External: construction vendor, PM agency, authority, design agency, landlord

? Store development target achievement
? Retail opening lead time reduction target
? Projects managed within budget
? Project management process set up and documented


职位要求：
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Passion for sport
? Understand the Consumer Journey within a retail environment.
? Excellent communication skills
? Leadership qualities.
? Ability to manage change
? Team player with team management skills
? Good understanding of retail or related business
? Good comprehension of marketing strategies
? Computer software skills on MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD,
? Minimum of 4-8 years work experience
? Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within Project Management for retail or related store openings
? Experience in opening new stores / extending, refurbishing new stores and re-opening stores
? University degree in the areas of Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management
? Retail background essential, construction retail background preferred
? This role requires constant communication with internal teams and outside vendors, consultants and contractors, a strong level of negotiation and communication skills are required
? Accept regular business trip
