As an Operation Supervisor, you will be responsible for store SOP localization and optimization, store operation compliance, SOE review & analysis, and retail operation project management. In this role, you will report to Sr. Retail Operation Manager.

In this role you will:

Be responsible for a broad range of retail operation related projects, coordinating with both Headquarter in Milan as well as the local Retail team on global project implementation. This will include launch of new global retail platforms, the updating of Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring the deployment  global guidelines are effectively and relevant to the China market. You will also collaborate with cross functional teams to improve overall Retail productivity local project and play a pivotal role in all store openings and closures across the market in addition to coordinating with our marketing team to ensure world-class events and campaigns

In addition to project management, you will also be responsible in conjunction with others in the team for ongoing store performance and sales effectiveness. You will need to closely monitor the whole spectrum of store operation processes, regularly reviewing store operation compliance whilst identifying overall business and operation opportunities. The role will also require you to provide timely and accurate analysis through regular reporting as well as training in new process and procedures as required. You will also be required to undertake regular site checks and audits of stores to ensure regularity compliance and assess and investigate loss prevention to ensure no violations of Company policy or procedures.
