主要工作职责:
- Support Retail Operations Manager to achieve overall sell through and all related retail KPIS.
- 支持配合零售营运经理达成整体的终端零售目标及所有相关的零售指标
- Drive key performance indices of all key POSs / customers and implement joint action plans to turnaround the performances
- 推进所有重点店铺 / 客户完成关键业务指标，与客户共同执行提升店铺业绩的行动计划
- Lead monthly performance review and shop visits with regions and identify key priorities for the region
- 负责所属区域每月业绩回顾及市场巡视，明确区域的优先工作
- Find out opportunities to drive business of retail stores by company’s advanced retail operation management tools
-利用公司先进零售运营管理工具发现零售店铺生意提升的机会点并推动业绩的提升
- Spread company’s retail operation management tools, and elevate the retail operation capacity of franchisees’ ops team through trainings.
-推广公司零售运营管理工具，通过培训辅导提升经销商零售团队的零售运营能力
- Integrate internal (company) and external (customers) resources to offer the best shopping experience to the consumers.

- Work with retail marketing and retail training to achieve overall franchise
operations strategy.

- Lead action plans of the critical POSs with regional team to ensure that an integrated action plans are implemented to turnaround their performances (SRAT programs joint accountability with region)

- Drive the retail operations in store coverage scheme
- 推进零售店铺的覆盖计划
职位要求：
主要条件要求 :
- At least 3-5 years retail operation management experience with a high class consumer goods or retail brand
- 至少3年-5年高级消费品或零售品牌公司的零售营运管理经验
- Bachelor's degree in retail and related discipline is preferred
- 具有零售管理或相关专业的大学学历优先考虑
- Good understanding of retail business
- 对零售行业有良好的认知及了解
- Good communication skills
- 具备良好的沟通技巧
- Analysis and problem solving
- 良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力
- Open- mindedness

adidas Sports (China) is adidas’ fully-owned subsidiary, of which the trade headquarters is in Shanghai. Moreover, there is a manufacturing plant in Su Zhou, and two facilities in Beijing,Guangzhou and Chengdu. Now, the operation in China has a presence in 27 provinces.
