职位描述
工作内容
1、负责部门的系统及相关产品的需求评估，架构设计和方案实现；
2、负责部门的各个系统（包括E-service, Jira service desk, Confluence和SharePoint,等）的功能需求的分解和实现，配合梳理部门工作流程，负责制定和实施相关的解决方案；
3、 负责管理系统，内部流程和部门内部效率，负责对接跨部门的协作，解决系统的相关问题；
4、负责部门的各个系统的日常管理和维护。
任职要求
1、软件工程、软件开发相关专业毕业，大学本科及以上学历；
2、两年以上配置管理工作经验，熟悉项目管理流程，软件开发和发布流程，熟悉主流配置管理工具,如Git, SVN, Jenkins, JIRA 等；
3、能够独立完成配置管理工具的安装、配置；
4、理解配置管理理论和方法, 熟悉Linux/Unix操作系统及相应命令, 能够独立策划项目的配置管理工作；
5、了解脚本类语言shell, perl任一即可；
6、极强的文档撰写能力，良好的英文阅读能力；
7、逻辑分析能力、学习能力和创新能力强，具有团队合作精神，良好的语言表达及沟通能力。
