1，Start up a protein crystallography group at WuXiapptec in Shanghai.

2，Support the Wuxi HitS unit with processing and analysis of x-ray diffraction data, as well as model building.

3，Interact closely both with the crystallization team that we are building at our Suzhou facilities and the crystallography group of Wuxiapptec/Crelux in Munich/Germany.

任职资格:

1，Hands-on experience with protein purification, have a good understanding of the requirements for a successful crystallization of proteins and protein complexes.

2，A firm knowledge of linux operating systems, "script"ing and basic programming, support the teams with development of new processes and automation.

3，A firm grasp of crystallographic theory to carry out the structure determination of complex protein targets where established software fails or an individual processing through software GUIs is no longer feasible.

4，Be highly organized, be capable to handle a large number of projects as they come out of fragment screening campaigns including thorough documentation and sharing of all your activities in our in house LIMS.

5，Gladly contribute to your colleagues work, with ideas or hands-on. Appreciate to integrate the insights of your colleagues into your own line of work. As an innovator to help us in further developing this position.
