Sales order processing

  

 

  

• Process and follow up open orders

• Process special orders and ensure proper authorization in place before processing

• Provide order confirmation and delivery status to customers

• Coordinate & communicate with customers and sales on order related issues, payment, and delivery request

• Follow up with planning & logistics team on stock availability

• Responsible for order fill rate, investigate failure orders and drive on improvement

• Handl customer complaints, push through whole process to secure on time closure

• Support monthly billing reconciliation process

• Responsible for daily/weekly backorder report & Sales tracking report

• Other tasks assigned by Customer Service Manager

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

  

(MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS)

  

 

  

•  3 years related experience in customer service, or order fulfillment area
•  Good knowledge of Sales & Distribution module in SAP
•  Good knowledge on Order to Cash process
•  Good communication & interpersonal skill
•  Good MS-office skill
•  Good command of English & Chinese
