职位描述
Day by day:
· Collect customer claims about mass production products, including both CHS and headquarter parts, even without return of parts to CHS.
· Support the Customer Service or Sales to issue RGA for returned goods.
· Perform analysis with quality tools and do tests on the product returned to CHS, find out the cause. Complete the report and get approval according to procedures. If necessary, instantly visit the customer or end-user and check the problem onsite.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical to provide solution to customer through various ways. Forward the nonconformity information to headquarter (Italy products) or internal production/process/quality divisions (CHS products) and work out corrective/preventive actions with team.
· If the returned products are made in headquarter, share the analysis report with headquarter CQE for review and approval.
· Keep customers and Sales updated about the RGA status, and send the approved analysis report to customer.
· Provide feedback to QM for customer complaint about RGA management.
· Prepare and send quality documents, such as certificate, inspection report…etc. for shipment according to customer requirement.
Projects:
· Take part in NPI review meeting before technical agreement;
· Support team in the understanding of customer requirement;
· Ensure the customer requirements are addressed: communication with customer or Sales for requirement;
· Work out PPAP for new projects according to customer needs. Organize meeting with team, when necessary, in order to make sure quality documents are up-to-date and aligned with process;
· Manage customer audit in CHS.

Requirement
· Bachelor or above degree major in Mechanical Engineering;
· Minimum 5 years’ working experience in mechanical industries, a position related to quality, application, onsite service…;
· Fluent in spoken, written, reading English;
· Be familiar with MS Office;
· Be available to frequently travel both in China and abroad;
· Highly self-motivated in learning and problem solving;
· Be humble and confident;
· Good manual operation ability and communication skill;
· Strong coordination among different sides (customers, internal departments, foreign colleagues).

· Workshop: Pump repairing bench;
· Office: Paperwork with PC.
Professional skills and abilities
· Have knowledge or experience of fluid power, hydraulic system, and the application thereof;
· Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, MSA, SPC… etc.
· ISO9001 knowledge is preferred;
· Knows problem-solving and analysis methods, such as 8D, 5Why, Pareto……

Casappa has now committed itself to China by starting a local production with the same quality standards of the Italian plant: roughly 6000 square meters covered and equipped with the experience derived from over fifty years of activity in hydraulics. State of the art machining, assembling, testing, painting, before and after sales full assistance, thanks to local staff well trained and supported.
