Key Responsibilities:

Fully respond to Window project

• Communication between headquarter window design team;
• Global/ Local material purchase order;
• Tracking Import Shipping/ Delivery
• Installation plan, technical supervision with local installation company;
• Local Logistic arrange
• Instant communication with Regional VM on all relevant matter;
• Instant post installation check
• National window report

Fully Respond to Store ADV. Lightbox Images

• Communication between global adv. agency;
• Print test, Color proof process with local printing company;
• Handling store adv. images selection and national bulk order;
• Local logistic, installation arrange;

New Store Opening VM Material Order

• VM Tools planning for all new opening projects;
• Window/ ADV lightbox images arrangement upon opening;
• Cost report to Store Plaining Dept.
• VM Fix Asset control with Finance Dept.

Travel Retail VM Contact Point

• All official communication between Travel Retail business Partners;
• Provide service to BP on all VM material purchase – window material, adv. images, instore VM tools;
• New store opening principle VM support services

Dept. Payment & Cost Checking

• Assist Dept. Head to manage all budget planning;
• Payment submission after project well delivered by respective vendor;
• SAP Bill – Cost confirm via providing allocation breakdown to Finance Dept.
• Domestic Bill – Direct payment submission to Finance Dept. with approved invoices;
• International Bill – Int. Contract convert to Chinese version, Official custom declare prof.
• Dept. cost recording;

Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience preferred;
• Good communication skill ( internal and external);
• Clear Logic and Open mindset;
• Fluent English is a must ( speak and written);
• Familiar with Excel, Powerpoint;
• Travel will be required;
