1、制定新媒体运营方案（包括平台运营，传播创意，营销活动、推广战略、广宣规划等），并推进项目执行；

2、负责商城的整体操盘工作，包括商城维护，用户拉新以及推广等工作，尤其是用户增长策略；

3、通过策划推广活动、节日营销等手段促进商城的用户日活量，从而带动销售；

4、 负责自媒体平台活动推广，包括微信、微博、抖音、小红书、b站等推广工作，以提升与维护品牌形象及知名度；

5、根据运营平台的数据分析，不断完善和优化流程，提升运营平台的各方面指标。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，营销、新闻、广告等相关专业优先，两年以上品牌策划及推广经验；

2、2年以上小程序（含淘宝）运营经验，熟悉微信生态，有从0到1搭建小程序运营经验优先，有成功案列优先；

3、熟悉新媒体的营销模式，善于规划、整合媒介资源，将市场动向和品牌推广有机结合；

4、良好的策划功底，思维活跃，思路清晰；

5、良好的数据分析能力、学习能力，抗压能力强，责任心强，善于团队合作。
