Job description: ？ Responsible for, field hydraulic application, can technically understand customer demand, initialize technical solution and product selection, customer product development, and quotation assistance to customers. ？ Understand and communicate the customer needs and expectations to the rest of the organization to ensure the company to deliver world class products and services as a premium supplier in our served market. Main responsibilities: ？ Application engineering – initialize technical communication with targeted customer, understand customer needs. ？ Technical solution – Prepare technical solutions accordingly with proper hydraulic calculation and components selections. ？ Costing Calculation - In cooperation with technical & operations calculated product costs and submit the costing to sales for pricing finalization. ？ Activity planning - Prepare, follow and update the Activity Plan for the Assigned customers and given Target customers. ？ Reporting - Prepare Month End Comments to the Sales & Marketing Manager. ？ Availability - Be available for other appropriate tasks not mentioned above. ？ Continuous improvement – Suggest continuous improvement activities and promote a continuous improvement culture within the area of responsibility.
