Job Summary

营运人力资源经理在地区范围内建立人才资源发展的愿景，负责驻场管理人员的招聘、培训和发展，确保公司业务发展中在部门层面拥有合适人才。

Operational Human Resources Manager (OHRM) is responsible to develop a HR vision within the Regional Direction, recruits, prepares and develops the human resources for on-site management positions to ensure that we always have the right people at site level to go with the growth of the company
