1、获取用户/获取收入：负责C端用户运营，工作内容但不限于包括拉新用户、开团后的促活策略、持续增长策略等，直接对营收负责；

2、流程建设：负责搭建和优化运营流程、用户成长体系；

3、运营分析：完成日常产品内用户心理及行为研究，分析用户的行为路径和生命周期，结合数据分析，研究用户在生命周期的不同阶段、各流程节点内的活跃度、留存率，流失率，分析流失原因，持续优化营销策略，带来可视化的营收增长；

4、自传播：负责通过挖掘用户需求，提出相应策略，刺激用户产生UGC内容。
