职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责2G/3G/NB-IoT/Cat M LTE/5G NR 无线通信模块射频部分原理图设计、PCB摆件；
2、负责2G/3G/NB-IoT/Cat M LTE/5G NR射频性能指标调试、测试，分析解决射频问题；
3、负责产品HD文档的撰写，LTE CA及5GNR EN-DC文档列表的撰写。
4、负责生产支持，能解决生产过程中遇到的射频问题；
5、负责客户支持，针对客户问题能给出方案和解决措施；
6、配合支持模块各类认证（CE/FCC/GCF/PTCRB/AT&T）遇到的问题；
7、主管临时交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、通信、电子、无线电、微波、自动化等相关专业毕业，大学本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉射频原理图设计、PCB摆件、电路调试；
3、一年以上GSM/WCDMA/LTE手机RF设计、调试经验，有高通平台开发设计经验者优先；
4、对射频基础理论有良好认识，熟悉LTE/LTE-A通信原理；
5、CET-4以上，能熟练阅读及书写英文，能运用英语口语正常沟通，交流者尤佳；
6、具有很好的团队合作精神，对工作认真负责，积极主动，肯干能吃苦，为人易处诚恳, 具有较强的工作抗压能力。
