5 年左右质量或材料领域工作经验，其中至少3年汽车行业工作背景
5 years relative experience in quality or material management and at least 3 years in automotive environment
熟悉汽车质量要求,如 FMEA,PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMDEC, 8D, 质量改善等

Experienced in metal surface treatment process and the compound process

职位职责：

1.铝挤出以及管件以及表面处理工艺的零件项目的开发以及管理
Responsible for the new suipplier evaluation and the closed the finding, as well as approval
2.负责新供应商的审核，不符合项的关闭，以及批准
Responsible for new part development from prototype, as well as OTS, as well as the PPAP document
3.负责协调采购，项目工程师以及供应商一同根据项目要求，产品图纸，技术规范以及以往类似产品的经验进行图纸评审，并确认签字
Coordinate with purchasing and project team, as well as the supplier to make the drawing review according to drawing, technical specification, as well as the experience of the similar product
4.根据图纸对手工样件的检查，验证
Responsible for the prototype inspection and validation according to the drawing
5.负责工装样件的检查，以及工装样件阶段供应商提交的项目质量的审核，管理，以及批准
Responsible for the OTS samples inspection and approve OTS document that provided by supplier
6.负责PPAP阶段供应商的过程审核，持续改进，以及批准
Process audit according to the PPAP document, continue improvement and approve the process
7.负责PPAP阶段供应商的样件检查以及确认
Responsible for the PPAP samples inspection
8.负责PPAP阶段供应商项目质量文件的审核，批准
Responsible for PPAP document audit and approval that provide by supplier
9.和内部以及客户确认供应商质量问题;协调不合格产品的处置
Responsible for confirming supplier quality problem with interior and customer, coordinate to deal with defect product
10.负责处理供应商的质量投诉,跟踪并关闭
Responsible for the new suipplier evaluation and the closed the finding, as well as approval
