Primary Duties and Responsibilities
WMS data entry.
Receiving instruction from customer, confirming detailed receiving/delivery information, preparing all kinds of document timely, following up cargo receiving/dispatching process.
Coordination with 3rd parties and other related internal departments, to handle the cargo smoothly.
Following up customer’s complaints and feedback in time.
Following SOP strictly, finding and settling issues in time.
Preparing billing and all kinds of report timely.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
College or above.
2-3 years working experience on shipping or warehousing.

Languages and Communication Skills
Good speaking and written English, able to contact customer directly.
Good communication skill.
Computer Skills
PC operation (Word, Excel)
Other Skills/Experience
WMS operation experience preferred.
Customs clearance experience preferred.
