Sales Trainee

Sale is an essential part in business model and in adidas, sales people plays the role as business consultant and partner with franchisees across the nation to drive sustainable growth through various aspects including order-to-buy negotiation, store opening management, drive operational excellence etc.. Sales Trainee aims to build up talent pipeline to sustain the aggressive business growth of adidas and win crucial competition in the market.

What we will offer?

●Rotation in various functions i.e. Account Management (Sell-in), Franchise Retail Operations (Sell-through), Franchise Buying (Sales Merchandising) and other sales related functions.

●Opportunity to directly face our external business partners and establish relationship with various internal functions.
