Job description:
? Understand design changes and provide build support at factory
? Track production problems and FA on the failures
? Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate R&D groups
? Communicate to manufacturing team on process related failures
? Identify test deficiencies and work with corresponding group to improve test coverage or screening.
? Provide feedback to factory on failure diagnostic
? Deploy and evaluate new tests and debug tool at the factory
? Conduct targeted experiments at factory for FA and quality improvement

Requirements:

? Bachelor degree in electrical engineering
? 5+ years in industry
? Experience in system FA and mass production ramp
? Knowledge in computer architecture, system design and manufacturing environment
? Ability to understand scripts and software programs
? Familiar with data analysis tool and database (e.g. SQL, JMP)
? Excellent communication skill and ability to do cross-group negotiation.
