1- 组织下属并指导其完成企业生产计划，实现企业生产目标；

2- 与研发部门密切合作开发新产品，革新技术和工艺流程以及改进产品质量；

3- 按工作程序做好与技术、质量、销售、资材部门的横向联系；

4- 随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题；

5- 制订与实施库存计划和生产成本控制计划；

6- 领导建立和完善质量管理制度，组织实施并监督、检查生产质量体系的运行；

7- 主持部门员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作；

任职要求：

1- 理工或管理类相关专业，大专及以上学历，对于生产及产品相关知识非常熟悉；

2- 具有机械行业10年以上同等职位工作经验，其中5年以上生产管理经验；

3- 具备良好的计划、组织、安排生产的能力，以及分析和解决问题的能力；

4- 合理安排工作内容，高效完成工作任务，能在压力下工作；

5- 敬业、正值、诚信、严谨、务实；具有较强的学习创新；
