POSITION SUMMARY(职位概述)
The Digital Product Manager must be capable of getting into the technical product details and collaborating with central mkt, local mkt, sales teams, and other key internal stakeholder, health care professionals, educational professionals and other important external stakeholders.
? In additional to experience in digital marketing, the person will possess a growth mindset. This person will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责)
The role:
? Manage digital strategy and direction, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
? Translate business opportunities, customer needs, and business goals into an actionable digital plans working with all departments.
? Obtain and use customer insights to design positive customer digital experiences based on quantitative and qualitative customer behavior and feedback.
? Manage prioritization and trade-offs among features, user experience and performance. Focus on metrics such as average minutes per session, click-through rate, number of messages and chats, positive ratings, etc.
? Partner with cross-functional teams (business partners, marketing, customer contact center, technology, etc.) to improve cross-channel customer experiences and drive successful execution.
? Be the expert on digital customer experience by mastering product functionality, constraints, business process, value, customer profile, etc.
? Provide thought leadership in the Digital space and help internal partners and clients solve problems through domain expertise. Keep all the stakeholders well informed at all times.
? Main Tasks
? Define development roadmaps and features for digital platforms as wechat and content portal site, and lead digital project design process.
? Prioritize engineering work and balancing the requirements.
? Develop and demo the digital solutions with the existing wechat account and other 3rd party partners, collaborate with vendors through the development process.
? Interact with stakeholders to identify technical needs, opportunities, and gaps, and solve problems.
? Brainstorm and negotiating effectively with various stakeholders to continuously define feature and product development priority.
- Data analytics and user experience improvement
? Establish product goals and reviewing success metrics to achieve the business success.
l At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
l Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organization’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
l To identify the need for improved office procedures.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES(技能)
1. Bachelor or higher, preferred majors: computer science, information systems.
2. 5+ years of digital Healthcare and/or consumer marketing, advertising.
3. Proven experience executing social media campaigns and good practice of social customer relation management.
4. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and website analytics, proven experience in digital product management (including KPI setting, product road mapping management).

6. Strong communication skills with local and global Key Opinion Leaders and internal business partners.
7. Working cross-functionally to develop and execute messaging program that deliver incremental business value.
8. Produce quality presentations for tracking and reporting on specific business metrics established by management.
9. Attention to detail, ability to articulate without ambiguity.
10. Develop and present client-facing materials, project planning materials and business requirements proposals.
11. Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
12. Ability to work independently and experience in a team on multiple projects
13. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
DESIRABLE(优先条件)
1. Maintain high level of technical expertise and knowledge of MS-office systems
2. Medical device/Pharmacutical company working experience
