Job Purposes

Working closely with Prada and Miu Miu Retail Operations, Human Resources and Training & Development, the Area Training Manager is responsible for ensuring that all training initiatives are flawlessly executed in his/her area in a way that aligns with China L&D direction and China business priorities.

Responsibilities  

? Plan, Organize and Evaluate Training Activities

? Facilitate Training Programs/Courses and Achieve Expected Training Result

? Design and Develop Workshops to Support Retail Business

? Support & Execute Training and Business Related Activities/Projects

? Follow Up Employees’ Post-training Behaviors Change

? Maintain Good Partnership with Business Stakeholders

? Translate and Localize Training Programs/Activities

? Manage Ad Hoc Training Projects and Assignments

? Strong Retail Business Consultation & Solutions Providing

? Seasoned Trainer In Service, Selling Skills and Leadership Facilitation and Customization

? Collaborative Team Player With Effective Communication, Organization, Execution & Monitoring

? Self-disciplined, Presentable, Independ & Flexible Manners
