Job Description

Support project acquisition from EMC technical standpoint, evaluate rough cost and work/test timing in EMC.

在支持项目报价阶段的EMC工作，估计EMC相关的工作时间及测试成本

Evaluate customer EMC spec., and Bosch products EMC behavior, clear recommend to SPJ/sales evaluation result. (include understanding, clarification of customer specification as well as to influence customer requirement)

评估客户EMC规范及Bosch相应产品EMC性能，在初期阶段向SPJ和销售建议评估结果（包括理解，澄清及引导客户需求）

Prepare EMC test plan according spec., review with the customer and get the approval

按照规范准备EMC测试规范，和客户沟通确认并得到其批准

Contact external/internal EMC lab to book test resources, confirm test condition, conduct product related question answer to lab, responsible for EMC testing coordination

和外部/内部EMC实验室沟通，预留实验资源，确认测试条件, 指导产品问题的解答，负责EMC测试协调工作

Responsible for coordination and management of external released EMC labs

负责协调和管理认可的外部实验室

Responsible for coordination with AE/EMC for EMC application，support EMC improvement solutions in products

负责和AE/EMC协调，以支持产品EMC相关的应用，支持产品EMC性能提高的措施

Responsible test report review with lab, conduct EMC test debug when failure reported by lab.

负责对实验室的测试报告评审，当产品EMC测试结果失效时，指导实验室进行一定程度的故障调试

Support EMC technical discussions？

支持EMC技术讨论

Responsible electronic hardware application (support application project team to finish hardware related task)

负责电子部分硬件应用（支持应用项目团队完成硬件相关的工作）

Support hardware failure analysis for application phase and series phase

支持项目应用开发阶段和批量阶段的硬件失效分析

Documentation of know-how

将相关的技术文档化

Qualifications

BS or Master degree in Radio or electronics engineering background

无线电或电子工程相关专业，本科学历

3+ years working experience in hardware development and EMC experience

3年以上电子硬件开发和EMC工作经验

Experienced in using PC office software

良好使用办公软件

Be familiar with hardware and software in electronics control system.

熟悉电子控制系统的硬件和软件

Good command of English language both written and spoken

熟练掌握英文的读写听说，口语较好
