JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager-India/Vietnam    

DEPARTMENT: Overseas Sales    

REPORT TO: Director of Overseas Sales    

WORKING PLACE: Based in India/Vietnam，Frequent inland travel required

1、JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   

The job will include but not limited to:   

To understand the market , gather and analyze market intelligence data. 

To propose marketing strategy and implement action plan. 

To promote the company brand and products. 

To develop new customers and build up & maintain strong relationship with customers and business stakeholders.

To acquire sales orders and achieve annual sales target / project objectives.  

To perform full functions as a local representative in pre-sales and post-sales activities.  

To achieve and improve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets.

2、JOB QUALIFICATIONS   

Job Competence：

Technical knowledge in transformer or power equipment.    

Skills of communication, presentation and sociability.   

Self-motivated and results-orientated.   

Skills of using Microsoft Office.    

Preferable skill of using Chinese language.   

Fluent English skills both in written & oral.   

Easy-going, sincere and honest.   

High standards of ethics, integrity and compliance with corporate procedures.

Basic Competence： 

Easy-going, sincere and honest.   

Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.   

Work Experience：   

5+ years of working experience in relation with marketing, or sales, or sourcing/procurement, project management or technical engineers.    

Preferable work experience in Euramerican company.

Education： 

Bachelor degree, major in Engineering，Power technology, Electromechanical or  equivalent

Monthly salary+ Bonus
