职位描述
负责小区范围内门禁系统，监控系统，对讲系统，消防报警系统等的日常巡查监督，维修，维护工作的具体实施，并对检查结果汇总上报部门负责人，确保设备设施完好率95%以上；
负责小区机房的管理，负责小区有关弱电的维修工作；
负责小区弱电设备设施保修工作的监督管理工作；
负责在部门负责人领导下，安排对消防系统和设备定期运行工作，并做好维保记录；
负责每周一次对小区内所辖的设备，设施进行检查，遇到特殊天气需要加强巡检次数，并负责各种抢险工作；
负责向部门负责人提出弱电管理管理的建议；
负责小区突发性事件如停水，停电，火警情况处理；
上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
中专以上学历，30-45岁，具备低压电工上岗证；
从事弱电系统维修工作五年或者以上，具备良好的技术能力，能独立开展工作。
