职位描述
岗位描述：
1、5G/4G高速等无线通讯模块产品的射频技术支持；
2、根据客户的实际应用情况，为客户提供可靠的设计解决方案；
3、检查客户的项目设计方案；对客户SCH&PCB进行 review;
4、及时处理客户和前线FAE反馈的客户应用问题：对客户提出的硬件相关的疑问进行解答，并协助客户解决其产品中出现的射频相关问题；
5、对已出现的客户射频类问题进行跟踪、状态维护及归纳更新；
6、对重点客户进行定期seminar形式交流。对代理商技术团队和前线FAE进行内部技术培训；
7、配合撰写对外技术应用文档；
8、主管交代的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、电子、通信、计算机、自动化等专业本科及以上学历；
2、三年以上的无线终端或智能硬件类产品射频开发及支持经验；具有独立分析及解决相关技术类问题的能力，有天线调测经验、整机无线系统开发经验及客户现场支持经验者优先；
3、熟练使用CMW500、8960、MT8821C、频谱仪、矢量网络分析仪、示波器等常用仪器；
4、熟练使用常见EDA 工具进行原理图和PCB的review；
5、具有较强的抗压能力、学习能力、应变能力、逻辑思维和分析解决问题的能力；
6、良好的与客户及其他部门同事的沟通技巧；
7、较好的英语听说读写能力。能运用英语与海外客户进行口头及书面沟通者优先。
