Role Summary:

This position is fully responsible for TK China aftermarket parts sales and management business. Develop and implement service parts sales strategies; Achieve parts sales objectives: revenue, margin, and orders etc. Manage processing dealer information inquiries or technical support; Monitor and expedite orders to ensure on time delivery. Identify opportunities and develop TK product aftermarket accessories or project to drive parts business growth.

Principal Responsibilities:

·        Develop and implement service parts sales strategies, achieve parts sales objectives: revenue, margin, and orders etc.

·        Lead aftermarket commercialization, sales and new project management.

·        Manage safety stock setting and ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.

·        Provide support on parts from inquiry to order until delivery.

·        Work together with co-workers and TK service network to pursue operation excellence of aftersales.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor and above degree, HVAC or related science/engineering major

·        At least 5-years aftermarket or technical service experience;

·        Good interpersonal skill;

·        Good written and oral communication and presentation skills.

·        Willing to travel frequently;

·        Preference to have English skill with written and spoken
