- Review and process demo fee in C-event system.

- Review and process speaker fee in C-event system.

- Review and process 3rd party payments other than demo fee and speaker fee in Net Suite system.

- Independently handle and process payments to Holding company.

- Closely work with FESCO and ensure T&E payments made to employees efficiently.

- Support compliance committee on T&E sample check.

- Support monthly closing and ensure AP cut off on time.

- Be responsible for customer liaison and attempting securing payment on overdue items.  

- Be responsible for voucher filing on a monthly basis.

- Other ad-hoc, eg, support audit if needed.

任职要求：

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business discipline or above.

- Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in Financial Accounting or Analytical & Reporting in MNC.

- Organized and self-motivated with high standards for accuracy and efficiency,

Including the ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.

- Excellent PC experience, particular with Microsoft Office Applications.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written skills.

- High integrity, self-aware, humble, low ego.
