Responsibilities:

1. Build up excellent relationships with all accounts as assigned, basically will focus on consumer, retailer, garment customers

2. Identify opportunities and develop new wins by working closely with customer and internal teams 

3. Take ownership of all the bids, RFQs, RFIs, SOPs, service proposals, business meetings, presentations, system / process training, and money collection related to the accounts with the support from our other teams 

4. Responsible for a wide range of development projects focusing on improvement of air, ocean and warehousing solutions5. Responsible to feed cluster offices with operation process and tools to ensure performance improvement 

6. Direct to address various issues arising within the accounts and ensure correction action plans 

7. Ensure AR payment
